- A refund depends on the availability of the requested used solution.
- Once the solution is delivered, refund requests will become invalid.
- If the used solution is unavailable with our team, then we will process the refund after 10 working days from the date of confirmation of the solution.
The used solution will only be delivered after we have received the payment for that order. In the case where you have paid for a used solution but we haven’t received the money, here, you need to share a screenshot of the payment with our team.
Once we have confirmed that you have initiated the payment, the total amount will then be adjusted against:
1. A new solution.
2. When you are upgrading your current plan.
