The customer can contact Villano instantly, if the buyer encounter problems. The product will be shipped out in 5 working days, and express shipment of the jacket is 3 working days. The company’s protocol is ‘Why buy an expensive suit, when it can’t satisfy your need?’. So Villano offers a suit with affordable price that satisfy all needs of the customer.

Our is to be recognised as an online custom suit business in Malaysia wide. And make Villano as a recognised brand for consumer and for employment. By 3years time, Villano must be stable to own stores not only for suit jacket but for all fashionable apparels.

Once customer B complete a purchased, customer A will get a free shipping and 30% discount valid for a month. Customer A enjoys the offer for every successful purchase of customer B. Customers are entitled for 7 days return policy if there’s any damage, an ordered product is mismatch with received product.
