Introduction
You are a tourism planning consulting firm tasked to develop strategies for a particular destination described in the later sections of this Terms of Reference. In groups, you will present your 3 strategies on how to reactively and proactively develop the destination given its situation. This will be the heart of the project to be presented to your hypothetical client. The objective of this exercise is to hone your skills on situational analysis, strategic thinking, existing and potential problem deciphering, ideation, and formulation of realistic recommendations based on the context of your destination. There will also be potential for you to apply concepts learned in class, which generally revolve around.
course: planning and development concepts, the planning process, and policies for development. It is expected that you write and present your work, deliver the strategies, and convince your hypothetical client that all three strategies will work well. Please be SMART with your outcomes. 

Tasks and Requirements
After random selection from the list of tourism destinations in the next section of this TOR, your challenge is to devise three (3) specific strategies for tourism development (details on the first bullet point below). Aside from this, you are also tasked to do the following (not in order):
• Formulate three specific destination development strategies to capture your tourist market, tackle related issues, and maximize the most of your tourism destination.
• As this is only a hypothetical situation, there will be no need to have maps or spatial analyses for each strategy.
• Develop at least two new, unique, and profitable tourism products or attractions or activities or services per strategy.
• Create fundamental statements such as the vision, mission, goals, and set of objectives for development. You must also describe the best and appropriate methodology for the development of these fundamental statements.
• Identify the markets that would be best to attract for your destination. Provide strong justification why they are the most appropriate market.
• Identify your tourism assets and resources, which may be potential or existing natural and heritage/cultural features that motivate tourists to visit
