You should clearly state your research objec:ves and research ques:on(s) at the end of this sec:on. For example: “The objec:ve of this research is to understand the extent of environmental offending amongst companies in England and Wales. You should explain how you will sample respondents, how you will gain access to them, and how/where you will survey/interview them (if required). How have you opera:onalised concepts in your study? How will you undertake the study? You should ensure that it is clear how your proposed approach specifically relates to the purpose of the study and provides you with the data that you need to answer your research question(s). Here you should also include any poten:al ethical considera:ons which may be present, and how you will address these.

3. Analysis –
You should describe how you intend to analyse your data in clear detail. What steps will you go through (e.g. will you need to code your data)? What soUware (if any) will be used? How will you present you data? If using sta:s:cs, what tests will you run? If using qualita:ve analysis, what type of analysis (e.g. thema:c
analysis, grounded theory, IPA, etc.) will you use?

4. Limitations –
Briefly describe any limita:ons you foresee in your proposed study and method(s). To what extent do they impact on your ability to answer your research/evalua:on ques:on(s) and achieve your objectives? What issues do you think you might encounter when conduc:ng your research?
