10. Evaluate and critically reflect on the performance of the project with sufficient supporting evidence using implementation strategy including Critical Success Factors such as Targets, KPIs and Tolerance.
11. Quality Control - conformance to requirements, total quality management, quality assurance plan, change control and testing approaches Identify Risks and Treatments
