Part A: The purpose of this assessment is for you to write a structured reflection on your personal responses to your results of the Kouzes and Posner Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) (2013). You are required to use a validated reflective model to analyse your results. When reflecting on your results, refer to the principles of Kouzes and Posner (2017), as well other leadership literature.  
 

Part B: This assessment also requires you to complete two (2) action plans for your own personal leadership development based on your reflection. Each action plan must:  
• Identify one (1) Leadership Practice (choose different Practices for the two action plans) 
• Select one (1) Leadership Behaviours that sits under the Practice 
• Identify and justify SMART goals     
• Identify and describe strategies for learning and action through Experience, Example and Education (Kouzes & Posner, 2017)     
• Identify and explain appropriate and realistic sources and measures of support     
 

Part B: Action Plans 30% Two (2) action plans outlined with all requirements. Experience, Example and Education learning strategies relevant and appropriately described.  
Action plans demonstrate exemplary awareness and development of personal leadership. Relationship of action plans are strongly linked to personal reflection. All elements in action plan are completed and are clearly articulated. 
Actions plans demonstrate solid strategies for development of personal leadership. Relation of action plans are linked well to personal reflection. All elements in the action plan are completed with the majority being clearly articulated. 
Action plans demonstrate solid strategies for development of personal leadership but relationship of action plans are not always linked to personal reflection. All elements in the action plan are addressed with satisfactory justification. 
Action plans provided with some link to development of personal leadership. There is partial relationship between action plan and personal reflection but this is not always considered. Not all elements of the action plan are addressed in a relevant and/or clear way.
