This should be the focus of a short 500-word introduction to provide the context of your plan.
2. Next, you develop your internal change management plan. This should be based on Kotter’s 8 step change model. It should be detailed enough to outline the plans and policies you attempt to include in the positive improvement of conditions and improvement of the working relationship between all actors.
