Family- Abuse at home, drugs, alcohol, broken family broken relationships will affect the child’s development especially with the child’s emotional aspects. A child that is exposed with the Parent’s that always fighting, screaming with each other.
Poverty- Child’s nutrition will not be given priority so the child will not get the proper nutrition. It will affect the child’s ability and development.
Overcrowding- children in the area of over population will not get what they should get because there will be no focus for the child, for example in one family there are 10 or more children.

A) Describe a scenario that you have observed whilst working in an education and care service where a conflict between children was resolved by an educator.
Two children wants the same toy at the same time.
Myself talk to my 2 Preschoolers (3-4 years old)
I told child A and child B that they need to share toys, “sharing is caring”
I asked who among them got it first? And child A said me, so I told them both that we need to take turns when child a is finished in 5 minutes then child b can have it, I set the timer-up, and they patiently wait for each others turns while playing with the other same toys.
B) Explain how this situation might have been handled differently to encourage children to create their own solutions.
In my own opinion if the educator will not interfere with two children in the care that is fighting over one toy then they might end up hurting each other physically and emotionally.
If there is two or a lot of sets of the same toys provided in the care then this kind of conflicts might be avoided but kids are kids, when one wants the ball the other one wants the same ball even if there is heaps of balls,
Sometimes I do get the toy and none of them can have it until they solved the conflicts themselves.
