Design a rectangular elevated water tank with GFRP having capacity of 630000 liters. The internal dimension are 14.5 x 14.5 m and free board is 0.75 m

The columns are square provided at center to center spacing of 3.6 m. the total height of the staging from the ground level up to top of base slab is 22 m. and the top of the footing is 1.5 m below the ground 

The fc’ 25 MPa and Fy 420 Mpa. Density of water is 1000kg/m3 bearing capacity of soil 100 kpa and tank floor finish is 90kg/m3

The project need to be done manually along with the model to be designed on EtabS

What I need is?

  • Design of bottom slab, beams, columns and foundation
  • Only slab and foundation needs to be designed with GFRP while beam and columns with normal steel.
  • The etabs version is 18
  • Need detail calculation of each slab, beam, columns and foundation
  • Need a model on Etabs showing all the reaction
  • Need final sketch showing reinforcement in each section
  • Need a small report as well
