Q1. Formulate an assessment using the primary survey approach and explain each component in relation to Ms. Zervina. Ms. Zervina complains of feeling short of breath (SOB). As a part of your secondary survey, you conduct a focused respiratory assessment and identify the following two
(2) abnormal findings.
• Respiratory Rate: 23 breaths/min
• Spo2: 91% on room air

Q2. Explain, using relevant pathophysiology, why Ms. Zervina is experiencing these two (2) abnormal findings.
