Assessment Guide:

1. Devise and agree on benefits delivery approach with pertinent stakeholders considering the impact of the benefit into risk management, issues management, and change control
2. Assign and have accepted ownership of benefits delivery
3. Periodically review, confirm and update benefits measurement approach and benefits delivery approach

Performance objective:
You are required to address the following:

  1. Section 1: Benefits realization plan
  2. Develop a benefits realization plan
  3. Section 2: Benefits register
  4. Develop a benefit register
  5. Section 3: Finalise the benefits delivery approach
