Assessment brief: Drawing on the Goulburn River Valley Destination Management Plan (DMP), the DMP Background Paper and any other relevant and available information, conduct an External analysis of Goulburn River Valley Tourism’s (GRVT) business strategy.
Your analysis should include: a. What is the GRVT’s strategic intention? b. What are the GRVT’s Vision, Mission and Values? c. Who are the stakeholders in the GRVT? d. How does the GRVT seek to position itself? e. What are the macro environmental issues? (PESTEL analysis) f. What competitive advantages does GRVT hold? (use elements of Porter’s 5 P’s) g.
