In the introduction you were asked to give a little background about yourself and where you are on your journey – for example what your work role is and what sector you are involved with, where in the world you are currently based. I was sorry to see that was missing so please do include that in the introduction to your main, end of module assessment.
You are on the right lines in treating the critical analysis as a literature review. You are looking to demonstrate your understanding of the teaching through the readings linked from that unit’s TRP. However, in order to achieve that you need to use readings linked from the TRP. You chose not to do that and it is unclear why you take that approach. I would invite you to arrange a one-to-one call with me over zoom or teams so we can discuss your approach.
We will work on the idea of applying the readings to answer a specific question during the module and using this for critical analysis. I hope you find the guidance in the A1 Assessment Guidance TRP in unit 2 helpful. You may also find tutorials in the University skills guide useful.

For this module, in addition to focusing on using the readings linked from the weekly TRP, please include the url address for each of your references in the Harvard reference list.
The SVS work clearly shows some confusion with the work. Self enhancement and self-transcendence are not individual values – indeed this level is even above the group values. Working at the more detailed level may have helped you carry the questions through with that deeper reflection. There is an example in the general feedback and guidance provided in Unit 2.
You show potential here but there is currently little evidence of engagement with the teaching or learning from it. I hope the general feedback and guidance posted under unit 2 will help you further and that you will make the most of opportunities through the live sessions, the forum and feedback on your draft work. Application of SVS / values reflection to template table questions: Very weak application of a reflection on personal values to the template table. There is a very limited attempt to answer the questions asked. Answers are very brief with a confused understanding of the work required
Experiential learning - demonstration of learning from the course ideas: Very weak demonstration of experiential learning. It is not clear how answers reflect the course ideas or the questions asked. There is very little, if any, demonstration of engagement with the course
Presentation: Weak organisation, coherence and / or referencing. Parts of the answer may not be fully answered and / or course ideas are not used or correctly referenced. There is little attempt to specifically answer the question that is asked.
