This assignment involves a weekly written task in weeks 1-6 reflecting on and drawing out the implications for inclusive practice of learning during weeks 1-6. In this task you will be assessed on your ability to meet the criteria outlined in the marking rubric through demonstrating your learning throughout the semester. Please see below for detailed marking criteria.Each week in weeks 1-6, you are required to write a reflection of approximately 350-500 words. Guiding questions for reflection will be provided within each weekly lecture (occasionally for guest lectures the questions may be provided online). Please answer all questions.

Your reflections are expected to address key aspects of your learning and draw out implications for early childhood practice as you bring together new and developing knowledge as a third-year university student. Responses need to demonstrate engagement with the lectures and readings and reflection on the implications for practice. You are required to include references to the unit readings, lectures and (where appropriate) to additional materials related to previous learning. You are not expected to research beyond the unit content for this assignment. Correct APA referencing is required (in text citations for each weekly entry and a complete reference list each time you submit for marking). Please note: It is essential that you complete the reflective entries weekly in weeks 1-6 as you read the readings and reflect on the lectures. While submission for marking is grouped into two sets, weekly completion of your reflection is required and essential to ensure the workload doesn't build up and instead that this assignment scaffolds your learning throughout the semester. Please write your weekly reflection in your OU blog space on the unit website. Please keep a copy on your computer for easy compiling for submission.Please note: For each assignment you need to write original material that you have not written before.
