A set of NHS patients have agreed to take part in a new diet programme. The data relating to the patients that is available includes:

Body Mass Index (BMI)
(A BMI of less than 18.5 is considered underweight, a BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered a healthy weight, a BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight, and a BMI of 30 or more is considered obese)
 
Age (the age of the patients ranges between 18 and 57)
 
Gender (Male / Female)

Alcohol consumption level (units per week)
(0 to 14 units per week is considered a low risk level of alcohol consumption, more than 14 units of alcohol per week is considered a higher risk level of alcohol consumption)
 
Use k-means cluster analysis to identify the different groups within the set of patients.
